When will my order ship?
We ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
Do you offer returns?
We offer store credit only on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method — store credit only.
Are custom pieces returnable?
No. Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We recommend contacting them directly if any issues come up.
Are your pieces handmade?
Many of our pieces are handmade or one-of-a-kind, so slight variations may occur — that’s part of what makes them special.
